How it works

☆ join by the 23rd each month to receive that month’s mail.

☆ mail is sent out the last day of each month (no tracking).

☆ mail will be billed on the same day that you initially joined.

☆ cancel anytime! so you can join for just one month or the better option, stick around for as long as you like hehe!

FAQ's

Letters are shipped on the last day of each calendar month. If you signed up after the 23rd cutoff, you will receive the next months mail on the last day of the following month (e.g. If you join on the 23rd September your mail will ship the last day of September but if you join on 24th September, your mail will ship the last day of October).

Since this is snail mail, all mail is untracked. However, the estimated delivery time is as follows: UK is roughly 3-5 business days, Europe is roughly 3-8 business days and Rest of World is roughly 6-15 working days. If you haven’t received your mail after 4 weeks, please email me at wispsinthewild@gmail.com so i can look into it :)
Don’t worry one bit, just email me at wispsinthewild@gmail.com and I will make sure your address is updated before the snail mail goes out.
Wild Wisps Club is billed on the same day of the month as when you first joined. So if you join on the 26th of September, you'll be billed each month after that on the 26th (26th of October and 26th of November, etc!) If you want to cancel, just make sure to do so before the next billing date :)
If you do decide to leave the wild wisp club all you need to do is log into your account in the top right corner with the same details you signed up with.

Navigate to your subscriptions and simply press cancel subscription and you're all set!
